Joanne Whittle’s Cosmetic Surgery Story

Posted by admin in Cosmetic Health on 07 14th, 2010 | no responses

Twenty eight-year old Joanne Whittle had always been happy with her slender figure. However, her body contour significantly changed after she gave birth to her son. After putting on four stones to her weight, Joanne had lots of sagging skin and fat, especially around her abdominal area. This was even when she religiously exercised to lose weight.

This made Joanne very self-conscious of her tummy. She would even wear baggy clothes just to cover up the protruding stomach.

While Joanne was losing her self-esteem, her boyfriend was not worried and even asked for her hand in marriage in 2007. The proposal made her absolutely delighted. For her part, however, she decided that it was time to get rid of the belly fat for good because she wanted to look stellar in her wedding dress.

Thus, Joanne researched a lot on abdominoplasty (or tummy tuck), looked up cosmetic surgery clinics and booked consultations. Finally, she came across a doctor who informed her about different body contouring options. It was this doctor who recommended she undergo liposuction and tummy tuck.

So, in June 2008, she went through the surgery, but found it a scary experience. The thought of undergoing two procedures in one was frightening for her because it meant she would have lots of bandages around her stomach. However, with the stunning results, Joanne willingly went through the nip and tuck procedure, and she would gladly go through it over and over just to upgrade her looks and feel more confident about her body.
